I placed my order on Nov. 2,2017 and received three of the items shortly thereafter and was informed the remaining three items were back ordered and would be shipped on 12-15-17. I received three items today (12-22-17) and one of them was the wrong item even though the papers included with the items was
Correct. The gentleman I talked to to his afternoon was very helpful and is refunding my money. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with Collections not only for the delay in sending the items but then to get it wrong
