Wanted to cancel my order but customer service wouldn't let me. It was only hours after placing the order. The item gets shipped to me and I call to return it only to be told I will have to pay half the cost of the item to ship it back! RIDICULOUS! This was my first time shopping with you all and it will DEFINITELY be my last!

They replaced a decorative tree that I got that was broke. They did not send it out expree shipping like they told me. I just finally received it today.it was suppose to be sent when I called on the 14th and I just got it on the 21st. Other than that this one works. Thank You! Lynn Corsi
