I did not like the way the rug was packaged. The creases in the rug are difficult to remove. The rug is small enough that it could have been rolled instead of folded before shipping.

I enjoy shopping at collection ect. I can trust them to get my order right the first time.

I couldn't enter my credit card expiration date in my cell phone: had to switch to my desk top computer and start over.

Great ordering process, delivery was great, one idea arrived damaged in tool box and when I called they said I would receive full credit which was awesome b/c I did not want to return the tool box, but I have not received the credit yet. Would definitely order again from this company

I wanted 10 items but could only order 4 - out of everything.
