I have to say how impressed I am with the customer service that Collections provides. A couple of items I purchased did not work out due to defects and I commented on it in my reviews. Collections Inc. made my issues go away without me having to contact them directly. They replaced the items for me. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service. As a result you have made me a permanent Collections customer!
