I just felt that the quality could have been a little better. The slippers were supposed to be 9 but I think they are 6. To close to christmas to return. So I decided to keep and gift to someone else.

I received this order but I never received irder#******* that I placed on Nov 11. It was sent to tone wrong address it was sent to West Chester Pa instead of Gratz Pa. Fed Ex delivered an order here last week I do not know why the other one did not come here I was told it would have to come back before they could reissue an order. I received a text that said it was returned to shipper but I still do not have it

I was happy with the doll stands I ordered. They are well made and I love the wood the bears will stand on. They make a good presentation.

We couldn't have asked for better service. Even the back ordered things came ahead of time.

The items I ordered arrived quickly. I wanted to turn an extra bedroom into a guest room with a "moose" theme. Collections, Etc. has a lot of unique moose items.

I got a mantle for my fireplace and needed a wreath and mantle cover for holidays. All poducts that I have ever ordered have been beautiful and well made.
