I ALWAYS LIKE SHOPPING AT COLLECTIONS

I have ordered many items from collections and I am happpy with alll that I have ordered

Everything was better than I expected. I will order again soon.

I found that ordering is very easy. Collections ECT always has items you can't find any where else. I have never had a problem.

Checkout was simple. The items were as described and pictured online.

I found what I wanted and got a discount with free shipping.

First, a feed was added ($2.50) ONLY AFTER I clicked on paypal and paid (too late to cancel). Then when the item did arrive, it was literally paper thin (you could see through it). I emailed regarding the added fee (twice) and both times, I literally received like an "automated response" that did not answer my question at all. I will never shop with you guys again.

I ENJOY FINDING NEAT STUFF ON COLLECTIONS.

I said I couldn't get the #******* S8 LEd gift box ornaments to turn on. Someone said to change the batteries, but I have never seen these kinds of batteries before. Why would I have to change the batteries if I just bought the item?

Initially rcvd my order minus 1 item which said on back order to 1/5/18...so was bummed...but then got an email that it had been shipped and I rcvd 12/21 so that was great...thank you

Don remember what this item was, so I cannot comment at this time.
