I received one wrong item which was happily mitigated by customer service. I received another that was missing a part that wasn't discovered until too late to fix before Christmas. Two errors on one order isn't very good but since the prices are low, I'll probably order again.
Online shopping very easy.
I gave my email address to get the free shipping and 10% off and it said it would be sent to my email, but nothing came through. Also did not like that I didn't find out something was out of stock until the end of check out. Products look nice though.
Everything I ordered was of great quality and workmanship. I received every item and was happy with the shipping and thoughtfulness in which it was packaged. I will be returning as a future customer. Thank you Collections, Inc.

Shipping took a long time.Ordered it on the 1st and it shipped on the 16th. Contacted customer service and they were not friendly. Was not able to cancel my order because it was sitting on a truck for 3 days waiting to ship. Requested a return shipping label and returned the product same day as I received it! Very disappointed!
