I had a very hard time ordering online. I tried my phone, tablet and laptop. It wouldn't take my credit card expiration date on the first two devices and on the 3rd it insisted I change my shipping address. I even had someone else try in case I was doing it wrong. Very disappointed because I love your products.

All was going well until it came time to deliver the package. On Friday morning the tracking system said it would be delivered by end that day. It did not come. I checked tracking again and it said "scheduled delivery is unavailable.". It finally came on Tuesday midday. Should FedEx continue to work with USPS I fear this will be the norm.

I purchased slipcovers for a loveseat and sofa. The price was a considerable savings in comparison to other similar products. I couldn't give a 5 star though because the loveseat cover had a seam that was flawed (crooked). But this was only 1 incident which one could not put Collectionsetc.com at fault.

Everything I have ordered has been satisfactory and have been asked "where did you get that"? I am a retired senior and love shopping from your catalog and online. Your table runners and doilies are beautiful and one of a kind.
I was very satisfied with the product that I ordered. Imagine my surprise when my bank account was charged an additional $4.46 for the order. Since I balance to the penny each month, I called Collections. The person I spoke with, Jeff, was very helpful. He explained that the taxes are estimated on the confirmation order. I told him it was not his fault, but that was very bad business practice. The order states the charge for tax, not estimated taxes. Therefore, since Collections took more from my bank account than they informed me that they would do, my account did not balance. If this happens, I believe that Collections should inform the customer of the additional charge. Collections is a very large company and should know the amount of taxes charged by each state. That is not "rocket science". I live in the state of Florida and tax information should easily be available to a company that does business over the internet. It is not the $4.46, it is the aggravation of the whole thing. It just make me wonder how many people have had this happen.
I hate to see you close down because a lot of the appliance magnets cost over $30-$50 I hate to see you guys close out
