Items were delivered in timely manner and quality was what I expected.

Ordered a lighted manger scene and did not receive it on time to
Enjoy for Christmas. I ordered a storage rack at the same time which
I received a full week before this and it was shipped at the same time
And it was weeks before I got it. Need to do better with their shipping.

Quick comment on the wrapping of the package. It had one piece of tape which was coming loose and the items were falling out. I would suggest better packaging.

I ordered T-shirts. I think they are over priced, but I liked what they said on the front. I got part of my order before Christmas, but the rest are back ordered.

The catalog had items that were no longer available, i.e. Not even being made any more. Very discouraging and false advertising!

It would be helpful if Collections Etc. would send more emails regarding my order. For example when they shipped it. Otherwise I was completely satisfied.

The Star Shower is awesome with the variety of slides included. The Christmas slides are so so cute and the Halloween slide is just as cute. It was a great choice on our part to purchase it!
