I ordered 4 of the small chickadee crackle glass lighted balls. 2 arrived flawed with micro lights that had come unglued and part of ball had no crackle effect in glass ball. The shipping box had been crushed a bit on one end. I contacted customer service and they were professional and courteous and promptly replaced the 2 broken/flawed ones at no charge. They are beautiful and look like they are a much more expensive gift. I am very pleased and would recommend to others! Everyone has loved them. Beautiful!
I have ordered a number of items from Collections Etc. I like the quality of the products as well as the pricing. I have never had a bad experience with them.
I was very pleased with all the items I ordered. Delivery was fast & items were packed nicely.
The only problem is most of the items I want are out of stock and now I have to look all over to find them.
