The berber corner rug I got had a pull in it. I was a little disappointed. But didn't want to go through the hassle of sending it back.
Did not know item was unavailable until checkout. Messed up order trying to fix. Ended up receiving two duplicate orders minus unavailable items in first order that I did not know went through. Should have been told they were unavailable before check out.
