Last time I placed an order I clicked on sign up and save - 10%off plus free shipping but when I received my email it only includes the free shipping - what a rip off! I just placed a new order and do not have an order # yet - if I didn't love my grandson so much I would never order from you again and I assure you after this order I am done with COLLECTIONSETC

The fleece throws were nice but my dogs kept tearing them off the furniture. They also destroyed the dog toy the first day. This was not because of any defect with your product.
