The Bear Wall Plaque was not what I expected and therefore not as pretty/cool. I will use it anyway. Everything else was spot on and I was delighted.

When I tried to place my order that I had saved, the item was out of stock. I was ask if I wanted to be notified if the item became available again. I replied yes and fortunately it did. Thank you for that service. I do dislike the service charge on each order and the fact it doesn't show until I have already placed the order. I will be ordering less frequently with larger orders.

I've shopped with Collections Etc. for many, many years and have had few, if any problems with them. If everyone would read the descriptions thoroughly, they wouldn't be disappointed with the sizes of their items. I too wish some of the items were larger, but then they'd have to be priced higher. Collections Etc. does a good job with their descriptions. I have received numerous compliments on my décor through the years. I have always taken pride in my home, and I like to change out accessories seasonally. Collections Etc. makes this affordable. They also have some good quality clothing items. My only complaint is that the sizes start with a medium, and I wear a petite small. Thank you Collections Etc. for all the fun catalogues!
