First time I used site. It was quick. Easy to maneuver the site. My purchases arrived quickly and undamaged. I was happy with my purchases.

I've been a long time customer of Collections etc and have been pretty satisfied most of the time with the products & price.

I was double charged for an order. I called and the representative was supposed to cancel the duplicate order. He did not and I was charged for it and received 2 identical orders. I called back and another representative said it was too late to cancel the order b/c they both already shipped. Too much trouble to send back, so I ended up keeping both orders. But the customer service was very poor.

Ok, but wish it had showed item wasn't available when doing the search and add to cart.

The site is easy to navigate and the purchasing process went smoothly. One item was missing in the original shipment but upon contacting customer service it was delivered promptly.

It so easy to find what you are looking for.

I had to reorder an item and it hasn't arrived yet. The hardware was incomplete and it didn't fit correctly with the bars. It was the metal 6 shelf unit. 4 inches wide to fit between difficult spaces.
