Shopping quick catalog order everything was out of stock, once I started shopping the merchandise on line the process went quicker

I was not as satisfied with the Blanket and sham set as I thought I would be. Everything was off center but for the price it was doable.

I've been shopping at Collectionsetc.com for many years and have always had great experiences both with service and merchandise. No complaints here!:-)

Products came fast and were as advertised

Collections has a nice variety of gifts at reasonable prices. The shipping was very speedy as well. It was a great experience to order from Collections.

I bought it for a friend and she loved it.

I spoke with someone to cancel this order. The young man said the order would be cancelled and the items would not be shipped. They were shipped and I still have them unopened. I printed shipping labels so I could return them but I have not as of today, January 2,2018.

I have no issues with the merchandise I ordered. It was what I expected.

Collections is always easy to shop with. The only draw back is it takes forever to have the items shipped, even when you pay for express.
