I have shopped with them since 2004 always been satisfied until this time. Their customer service is awful, everytime I called (5) I received no knowledge from the persons answering their phone It was like talking to a robot. I was charged more than it said it was suppose to be so ended up sending the products back unopened. I will try them again but will be careful.

I was very happy because my order arrived a lot quicker than i expected. I was also very happy with my purchases and will shop with Collectionsetc again. The Snowman table runner is beautiful and I like the silky feel to it. I like the picture with the blinky lights although I do wish I could make them solid.

No issues

Upon not receiving my order of a throw cover, but tracking stated it was delivered, I immediately called customer service. They gladly offered to send another one to insure that it would come for Christmas, as it was to be a gift. Within three days, my throw cover arrived, just in time to send off to my recipient! I have always been very pleased with Collections; products, prices and service!

Item received late AND the wrong size. Then, the Return Label email did not arrive, so I called a week later to request again. Disappointed to say the least.

It was easy to find what I was looking for, great prices, everything was in stock, and items arrived in time for Christmas even though I ordered a little late for that!
