TERRIBLE SHIPPING! Took forever! 1 product, metal Christmas dog and cat for yard, was shipped and it was two dogs. Package arrived way too late for anything but Christmas day giving. If Amazon can ship in 2 days, what does it take you THREE WEEKS!

I love collections however an item I ordered wasn't in the box, so I contacted customer service with all the information on the item as I didn't know if it was being shipped separate or if it was just missed in packing. They responded within 24 hours and said it was being shipped out, but still have not received it unless it came in mail today I am at work and have not been home to check mail.
Too soon to evaluate merchandise. Will have to see if boots are true to size. However shopping on "collections etc. experience has been a good one.
I like your products and your prices and sales. In fact, I decided to pay the fee to join your shoppers program. However, I am now regretting this and will check into getting a refund. This is entirely due to the problems I have had with your website. I am continually emailed offers that cannot be applied. I have tried repeatedly to place orders that would not continue to the payment page. I am so disappointed that I spent so much time shopping and then wasn't able to purchase my items! When I emailed customer service, they told me to try catalog order. Duh. Why have a web site then?
