This particular bedspread is fine however I have ordered the less expensive spreads and the old addage "you get what you pay for" is right on target. I order 3 seasonal spreads, mainly because the price was right. However after using them for one month, I returned to order a more expensive spread...hoping that the price would reflect the quality. The first spreads would not stay in place while sleeping, they would continue slide off to one side or the other. We are not having that problem with the new one.
As usual, I am very satisfied with the quality of the products and the price of all items I have ordered from
Collections. In this particular order I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order on time for Christmas

Great, but one item may have become out of stock after I ordered it and I was short a stocking stuffer...trip to store. Called and cancelled that item since it would arrive too late.
Christmas present
Overall experience is satisfactory. I find I need to order items as soon as catalog is received or they are frequently on back order or no later available.
It is easy to order the item and also see if it is in stock.
The tea candles batteries gave out quickly,and i only had them on for about 3hrs. I really expected the batteries to last longer. Either i buy more batteries or through them out. Why have a product if you can't use them.
There was a problem with one of the items ordered. I received excellent customer service and a prompt replacement. I highly recommend CollectionsEtc. For its great products and great customer service.

We ordered the mens xl thinsilated finger mittens, will be returning them they would not even fit my wife's hands let alone mine. Also ordered the 2 in 1 mens winter hat/face neck warmer and that didn't even cover my chin, so will have to return those also.
