Shopping was good. However, a phone call to customer service left me not feeling so good. They could not confirm free standard delivery by Christmas, even though the website said so. So I ended up paying for expedited shipping, dissapointed.

Your people left the package outside at the wrong address. This was a gift for a family member in Arizona, it was just lucky that the people that received it knew her.?

Order from the catalog was received promptly and prices were good. Only "problem" was that 2 "Christmas -specific" items (slipper-socks with Santas & snowflakes for stocking stuffers) were backordered, and not received until Jan.3rd. It would have been better to cancel that part of the order & not send at a later date.

T shirt was a bit small for the size I ordered

I had an issue with the driveway lights - I ordered 2 boxes with 1 pair of lights in each box and my account was charged for both boxes. But I received just 1 box, in addition - one of the lights did not work.
I phoned customer service and the representative resolved both issues very quickly by shipping another box of lights to replace the missing box and shipping a second box to replace the broken light.

Would prefer with free shipping promo that there was no handling charge as well. Still overall a good deal for the items.

I tried to call and reorder and free shipping and 10% was not given just trying to sell me your on sale items put them on my order and after 3rd one I said goodbye got a way better deal online. Sad you have be a used car salesman on phone to us. wont call in an order again.
