So far my experience has been good. Several items I wanted were not available.

An item that i ordered did not fit together so i could not use it as a christmas gift

I was disappointed that it did not look like the picture. I thought it was free standing. It also had no back.

I glanced at the merchandised flyer on line and spotted 2 items I was interested in...this was the week of Christmas...I ordered and to my surprise, I received the items in time for Christmas...not only was the receiving of items a plus, but the items were just as I expected...good job Collections...

Very happy with the ordering the shipping and the items themselves only one item came damaged it was a book that looked like it had been dropped on the floor in the binder was ripped
