My original attempt to order did not process. I called your service dept. and was told to wait 24 hours to reorder. I was able to reorder today but did not receive the original 10% discount. I did however receive free shipping.

Products not used yet. Did blow up the snowman sledding inner tube and that was darling. My only concern was the weight it would carry wasn't enough for a parent to ride in the back. If that's a problem the parents will need to wait for the baby to get older. In the meantime, he had a blast climbing on it in the house. Regarding the mitten gloves, I followed a recommendation in a review to order the men's size as several reviews said the women's size fingers was too tight and that looks promising even though I haven't been outside since.
