I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING WITH COLLECTIONS. FOR YEARS THAT SHOULD ANSWER YOUR QUESTION. I DO NOT SHOP WITH PEOPLE I DO NOT LIKE. I AM A LITTLE HARD OF HEARING AN D I NEED TO TALK TO PEOPLE THAT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH. THEY TALK A LITTLE FAST AND THAT MAKES IT HARD TO UNDERSTAND. IT IS NOTHING PERSONAL IT IS JUST THAT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THEM.

I frequently find unusual gifts at collections, etc. I think the prices are generally great. Sometimes find something I buy at the holidays goes on sale afterwards though. It's a little frustrating,but, since I don't feel I overpaid originally, it doesn't bother me as much as it would at other companies.

I actually tried ordering three of the cardinal bird feeders and this was the second time of trying to order these and I only received one. I would have liked to have received three! If there is a chance that you would get them in again I would like to be notified by email so that I could order them again.
