I got a notice that a product I wanted was back in stock. So I ordered it and I didn't received it so I contacted collection"s and they were going to send it and then I never received it again but then I see I got a credit for it. Sure was some stupid mixup

Very interesting, so many different items to look at and choose.

I've ordered items from your catalog for quite a few years, I've always had good luck with the items. Only once, I had to return an item and was displeased with your return policy. It was taken care of tho. I do have one item on back order I'm waiting for.

The shirt hem and sleeve hems disintegrated when I washed it.

Great love what I ordered and it came pretty fast :)

Website is easy to understand and maneuver within. The shipping took more than 2 weeks. I was disappointed with the size of the pockets, they are shallow. My keys and credit cards are not safe in them so I need to carry a purse which I dislike. Can I return the jacket? How? Do I need to pay for the shipping to go back to you?
