I am a new costumer to collections inc. however i have not had any problems with the ordering process, and so far i have enjoyed everything i have ordered, i ordered the 3 different color hour glasses, they are really cool, they were packed very well for shipping, and all arrived in one piece, im always hesitant to order anything glass but was glad i did on this order at least.

The window clings fell apart and were cheaply made...

My order came when and as expected. It was in a plastic bag inside the box. I appreciate that since it is such a light color, it could have been damaged otherwise.

Great on the speedy shipping an receiving the merchandise, just wish u had more western stuff like you used to. Love the western shower curtain n bath mat that has the horses on it, it's beautiful

I purchased an adorable sweater for our little dog. He even likes it. I also purchased a pair of boots for my husband. They are no slip boots. They look good and feel good on his feet.

I ordered a set of fiber optic doves. When I received my order, the first set had a dove that was defective. I called customer service and they sent out another set of doves. I was impressed that they responded so positively. However when I received the second set of doves another one of those doves did not work at all.

I am still waiting for a back order I ordered 3 different size magnifying glasses.
