Love this catalog! Great assortment. Things were delivered as I expected. No issues.

It's been a pretty painless journey except for the surprise processing fee of $2.50 and having to return to previous screen to make sure that I was getting black boots. The picture on the checkout screen showed tan boots with no color specification.

The Mr. Snowman was defective but Collections Etc. immediately refunded my money. Although I love Mr. Snowman Stake, it was very generous of Collections to refund my money and I thank them.
