I had ordered a certain item twice. Ordered enough so I would get FREE shipping each time. I was not notified that this certain item was no longer available. Twice I had to pay the $8+ shipping fee because this item put me under the FREE shipping. Had they notified me that my item was no longer available... I would have ordered something else to get the FREE shipping. $16+ shipping fee. Upset me.
