The shams are beautiful. I bought a king size quilt with two shams from Overstock, and I wanted two standard shams, but none was available through Overstock. To my amazement, I found the exact pattern in Collectionsetc catalog, and bought them. Well made. Scallopped edges. Wonderful. I'm so thrilled.
Am trying to return a chair cover and order a different one to fit the small chair. Having trouble trying to understand and be understood what i needed to happen.
Hard to keep track of special offers. Will continue to order when I find the products I need.

Ordered off Ebay quilt and Paypal brought up wrong address daughter who doesn't live close. Emailed them to ask in they could change address immediately afterwards evening. In morning they emailed me back to say order couldn't be changed. I told them real hardship to have order wrongly delivered and to cancel order. After two emails they said order had been cancelled. Then day later I emailed them because I had not been refunded. They told me sorry message "cross" can't stop delivery. I got in touch with Ebay they told me they could stop package if they wanted to. I called them woman didn't know what I was talking about told me my only choice was to get package have it sent or brought to me and then send it back and wait for refund. If this is how their customer service is I can't imagine I'd like their product.
