Good value. I only received part of my shipment and still waiting for an item that was back ordered and I was told would ship on January 12. No information as it has apparently not shipped yet.

My original contact with collectionsetc.com was my disatisfaction with the outsourced personel that take the phone orders and customer service questions. The communication is very difficult and misinformation is given regarding availability and arrival time. I don't like having to order online and receiving constant ads, but have been forced to do so. Waiting for months for back order items is also very frustrating. I've been a customer for a number of years, and it's only the past year there have been problems.
