Quick, easy and available
The web site is easy to navigate and I always find interesting things.
Prices keep going up and I never know if the product will be cheaply made or good. I have been a customer for over 30 years and even went to a warehouse sale where hundreds of others went-a mad house. I appreciate the unique items but I just wish I could know the quality would be consistent.

Sent the wrong merchandise on half the order contacted customer service sent the wrong merchandise back still waiting for the correct merchandise. Will probably be asked to be removed from catalog and e-mail list. Not satisfied with communication regarding shipment of correct merchandise.

I have ordered from Collections Etc several times and have always enjoyed my products. The quilt is very well made and beautiful but runs small. I ordered a king size for a full bed since I had measured my bed and knew that's what I needed. Before ordering you may want to check out your own measurements. The pillow shams are cut crooked, so the blocks are uneven but they still look beautiful. I love the bed ruffle. It is easy to put on and is adjustable. I had called in for information about a backorder. The person was very curteous and informed. Thanks Collections. I am pleased with my order!
