I have the trio lamps myself and bought one for my mom because she loved mine. She loves the lamp. I also bought her the suction to hold her hand held shower so it's lower for her. And I previously bought the humidifiers bowls for her which I had gotten before but the bowls got some type of mold on it which wouldn't come off. She said they helped a lot with her room not being so dry and helped her sleep.

I ordered 3 "mugs" that keep liquids hot and/or cold.
They definitely do that but when you go to slide the closer on the top so that you can drink it doesn't happen. Never expected this. You literally can not get the liquid to come out of the mug; it just drips. Needless to say, I will be returning them.

They sent me an delivery confirmation email a week ago but the shipment had never been delivered. I sent them an email on Monday (said it was delivered on Thursday) because we had had bad weather on Friday and Saturday and I thought maybe some driver just marked it delivered to not get in trouble and planned to deliver it the next day (Monday). I finally got the delivery a week later with no response to my email except this survey which suddenly appeared after the actual delivery, (Wednesday) interesting, isn't it?.
