My only complaint is that it took too long to get the order out the door.
WE received the order but, we received double orders of the shams and quilt. When we called, we were given the run around saying it was our fault that we ordered wrong and ordered double the items. We also were charged for a membership fee which we don't want. Your ordering system was confusing to us. We wanted a refund for the 2nd set of shams and quilt and membership. The catalog we ordered from says free shipping on the cover and yet we were charged shipping fees and processing fees. The fees were almost as much as the order therefore we were not satisfied. We are very skeptical about ordering from catalogs again and definitely not from your catalog. We are waiting for our refund after sending back to you.

But, lately, I've noticed an improvement in quality which translates into true savings by ordering from Collections. I have never had any problem with delivery, packing/shipping, charges. Overall, it's easy and satisfactory to do business with Collections, Etc. Thank you.
Fun! To shop but delivery takes too long! I purchased Christmas for next year so No problem. But I ordered a shirt that I wanted to wear The following weekend to a show and it arrived too late. I would have never ordered it if I knew it wouldnt Arrive In enough time.
