The product I ordered did not fit my chairs and I wanted to return them. They told me it would be $7.99 for a label to send them back. That is rediculous! Since I only paid $7.99 for 1 set.
Thru error I placed three orders; when I called I was told I could not cancel. I received one order and am very please with the product and the price. As of this date I have not received the other two orders; hopefully they were cancelled. I will not keep the other products if received; will return them. I was told I would return them at my own expense. Don't know if I will ever order from this company again. I did like some of the things I viewed on their web site.

The dog coat was for a large dog but did not even fit a medium size dog. I returned it.

Quilts not quite as cute as I thought they would be - color, stitching, etc. Ordered five for gifts for Christmas and will keep instead of shipping all of them back.
Collections, Etc is great regarding product variety, prices, shipping and delivery. The quality of the products is very good generally, but I always read the reviews before buying an item. Will continue to purchase items in the future.

The only issue I have is that when I place an item in my cart, the price will come up with a discount but changes when I go to check out and I don't always notice the change until order is placed. If there is no discount on the item when I put into the cart it should not show a discount and then change the price at check out.
I ordered two different times and everything came quickly.
