Love getting the catalog in the mail and the convenience and ease of ordering on-line.

I am very pleased with everything I ordered. I have ordered lots of things at different times and have been pleased with all.

The box was damaged and had one end open and was taped shut. The product was safe and worked well. Needed more packing for safety for shipping.

Ordered snow boots and was looking forward to them but they were too big. Did like the click out ice clips on the soles.
