Shopping experience quick and easy
I sent an email over a week ago and am just now getting an auto response email. I couldn't get to my orders on my account and this has happened before, I had no idea when my package would arrive. I also sent an email stating the color of the birds on the Woodland Birds and Pine Cones Quilt was not as advertised on your website. The birds on the quilt were GRAY instead of the blue shown in the picture. Still no answers, just more surveys to take. I'm about to stop shopping with Collections.

USPS delayed delivery for three weeks after Fedex had transferred it over to them. I realize this is a shipping issue and not a product issue, but I would have paid extra for priority shipping had I known they were using the two services. I work for the USPS and dislike this service immensely. There are always delays. Please spell out HOW the item will be shipped/delivered in a clear manner. Explaining it would have been a smart post package would have changed how I ordered.

I LOVE ALL THE THINGS I GET FROM COLLECTIONS, UNLESS THEY ARE BROKEN OR DON'T WORK, BUT THEY HANDLE THE ISSUE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS, SO I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP.
I've been a Collections customer since every item in the catalogs was always $14.99, and I've never been dissatisfied. Products and prices, service, have always been great. Shopping on line is a little different for me. I usually find my choices in a paper catalog, then place the order on line.
