I didn't get it all
I have shopped with you for years. Most items are worth the price and I well made. In this order was not satisfied with the buxton wallet. I must have read description wrong. Returning an item and paying shipping is not economical. The melody doorbell says work up to 200 ft. Doesn't even work 2 feet in or out of the house. Have been 75% happy with your products and probably 25% very disappointed. Since I no longer can outside shop for any period of time I do most shopping on-line. Am looking for other sources for value and satisfaction of products. Have found many items that size is not normal in store size and is either too small or too big.

THE BOOTS WERE GOOD, BUT YOU PLACED A DOUBLE ORDER AND I AM WAITING FOR THE FREE RETURN LABLE.
It would be bettet if the rugs were shipped flat. My rugs still curl a little. I turned them upside down for a few days and they lay flat while in that position. Once turned over they start to curl. I now have one right side up with a weight on it to see if that helps.
Shipping was some what slow.
The first item I ordered came all broken, so I called and they sent me another one and that one came perfect, I did not have to send back the broken one and pay shipping I was very happy about that.
It's been pretty good so far.
