I had to make a phone call to your representative about my order in question. Yes, I have received this order in question but I had a very difficult time understanding the representative because of her accent. It really frustrates me when I cant get a person I can understand. They should not be allowed to answer the phones because of their accents. Put them where they do not have to frustrate the customer. I buy many items from your catalog and this is the reason why I go on line just so I wont have to talk to someone I cant understand.

One item missing from package. Another item, a pineapple lamp, broken. The broken item can be pieced together. Contacted customer service about missing piece. Item was in stock and promised to shipped.

Would give no stars if that option were available."Tall slim shelf" arrived in battered box, no hardware, dirt/food stains on product. Disgusting. Customer service refunded purchase price. Very disappointed in this product, unusual for Collections etc. Other item in order arrived as advertised.
