Great quality for a great price

My shipment arrived missing one item. I ordered a quantity of six pillow shams. The box contained five. I called and found your representatives very kind and efficient. I've not received my sixth yet, but I know I will. I've used your mail service before. And I will continue to. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you.

Shipping and Handling are way too expensive! I would order a lot more from you if you would lower the shipping and handling. Others do not charge as much as you do.

Had already picked things out of the catalog and just entered them in and shopping was easy. I find looking through the entire catalog on line is too time consuming.

I ordered two items. One I have not yet taken out of the package. The other, a set of quilted placemats, is of very poor quality. Before they had been on the table a week, pieces of fabric were tearing away from the mat. I have informed Collections and been promised a refund. Their response was timely and courteous.
