I received the wrong item. I ordered Gel socks and received something totally different than what I ordered.

Did not have a great experience when i contacted you regarding a product that was not as described.

I ordered the oven liners. It said 2 liners, but one of the 2 was less than 1/2 times smaller than the other. Not cool.

I ordered, it came.

Easy ordering; good value for price

I received the cart with three shelves. I thought that it was already assembled since the catalog description said nothing about having to assembled it. The size of the box indicates it needs to be assembled. I have not opened it. I am not good at putting furniture together. I haven't decided if I am going to keep it.

Excellent selections

Merchandise selection seems good but checkout is horrible. Web page enters numbers in backwards. Very frustrating.
