Prior reviews indicating this product defective do not know how it works. Do NOT pull ear muffs apart. The connecting piece to rear of muffs has a sliding mechanism at the center, slide this to open by placing hands on each end of the connecting piece, place muffs on ears, and release sliding piece. The piece will contract back until the muffs have a slight amount of tension to hold them in place comfortably. The muff worked just as designed for me.
Very satisfied products ordered were what I expected and the price was right. Received all items at the same time and in a short time.

One star is for the insulated Sunflower design glasses I bought that arrived in a timely manner. However, two of the glasses have the design backwards making those two glasses look very faded on the outside and the inside having the design as it was meant to be. I was going to give these as a gift to a friend who loves sunflowers but I'd be ashamed to give these to her now. Given they were on sale, it would be too expensive to send them back.
The gel cushion gets 5 stars; is about the 5th one I've ordered. They hold up a long time but do have to be replaced from time to time if you use them every day. Still, they are fantastic cushions for people who have back problems as they alleviate the pressure on the spine. I've recommended them to friends and also ordered these for them.
I like the product. However the measurements listed in the product description are not accurate enough to give a precise calculation of amount of materials needed to complete project. This required me to have to order more... some of that order arrived damaged and now I am waiting on those to arrive so I can complete my installation.

I have not heard back from my reply to Customer Service regarding an order I received in December. I returned one item but haven't received any type of credit and I didn't receive the Candy Cane Appliance Handle covers that were marked shipped on the receipt.
In the order Placed on January 5,2018. Everything was received.
