Good item, good price, and delivered fast.

Do not like the "processing fee" added into the shopping experience. Probably will look elsewhere for the item next time. The snowflake tree is beautiful! Packaging left a lot to be desired - it had been folded in half to fit into the box - was difficult to straighten the branches without tearing the white birch tree finish.
