I ordered 4 long curtains, on sale, for my living room window. I received 2 long and 2 short curtains. I called Customer Service and of course the 2 incorrect sizes were no longer in stock. I was told I would be receiving a credit for the two wrong size curtains, and told to keep the 2 short ones-I didn't have to send them back, even though I won't be using them. I guess I can see if any of my friends or family want them.

A little tricky with the Item #s.
I found the items that I ordered to be of good quality this time. In the past some items were not up to qualification. It would have been nice when there is an item/items backordered to periodically be sent an e-mail with its status. My last order two items were back ordered and it took some time to receive them. It got to the point that I wasn't sure if they had been forgotten that I ordered them. I did finally receive them and they were nice.
This order came on time and was of good quality! I did order a set of 4 small flags before Christmas that I was not charged for, but for some reason the full order was not filled. I would like to know if they will still be sent or if I need to reorder them. Thanks Koreen Delp
