I am always pleased with my shopping experience and product quality received at Collsectionsetc.com. HOWEVER: Shipping with FedEx needs to be rethought! My package seems to have taken the 'world tour' before coming to me. My package was within two hours of my home (I was tracking it closely) one day then shipped across Washington state and not delivered to me for 3 more days! I have not been able to use my product yet but have every expectation that it is as described.

It would help if you would provide access to the order information in your request for feedback so I could recall what exactly I received from this company. I order a lot online.
The shopping experience is great, but last time you sent the wrong items, I called then I couldn't speak to someone because I was on hold for a long time.

I wish things were in order by category not just randomly listed. Also, I tried clicking the "place order" button about 8 times before it finally went through. Not sure what was up with that?
The Handy Heater did not serve it's purpose, disappointed with the item.
Color wasn't quite as it appeared in the catalog - that happens I suppose
