Have always been satisfied with orders I've placed.

I have not received 2 of my items nor any communication from collections as to thr6 delay
One of the items came in within 2 weeks, and that is the only Christmas present. Please advise

After selecting things to buy more than often they are out of stock and with apparel sizes aren't available and it would be helpful to select size on 1st page as well as have out of stock items shown. It would be better then backing up every time this happens. Overall I enjoy your products.

Pretty easy to go through the pages and view the merchandise. I do prefer the book in my hand so I'm glad we have both options. Still waiting on one item that is back ordered.

I love looking at your catalogs. I always find something interesting, pretty, decorative for my home or useful for my medical condition. But I really only need one copy. I usually get two or three of the same catalogs. Please check your mailing lists. Don't want to waste paper.u

Great looking items at very reasonable prices. The only thing I didn't like was at the end when a processing charge was added to the total due.
