The products and pricing were fine. It takes a long time to get the products though.
Also, we don't get home delivery from the postal service so we have to go to the P.O. To pick up the packages. I wish you would use UPS or Fedex as I am Not healthy and can go weeks without being able to get my packages.

The quality of the quilt is not as advertised. What is more important is there is any sham for the quilt. I thought the price includes the sham also. I would be happy to pay for 2 shams so that I will have complete quilt. Otherwise it will be a mismatch when I use shams from other suppliers. Other than that you are doing a great job.

Ordering was easy and I was advised quickly of a back order.
I placed an order in January, waited a number of days for a shipping confirmation, and finally after 7 business days I called to find out why it still had not shipped. I could see that the items were in stock. The man said yes, the items were in stock (on the shelves.) He did not have an answer as to why the items were still on the shelf, waiting to be shipped. I said, "This is the 8th business day and they haven't left the warehouse and I understand items would be received between 7 - 10 business days." He told me he would make certain they would get shipped promptly. Interestingly, it left the warehouse and arrived at my house in 3 days! I've never had problems like this with your company before. I recently placed another order and it was shipped very quickly. Same indication of the items being "in stock." Thank you for that quick shipping.
