Everything was very user friendly and went very smooth. The quilt I ordered was nice but not the exact color I thought from the picture. I am anxiously awaiting the exchanged one.

Just got nervous cuz one of my items was back ordered and I had to wait for a while to receive it. I just got the shipping confirmation for the long awaited item. Just wanted to say I appreciate the attention to detail like letting me know when my order is on the way.
Very easy and fast categorically
I Got only half of my order this time, last time I got an open box (only closed with one strip of a crocked tap with nothing in there than the Catalog (* pictures are available, and the mailman verifyed the facts (of course more important! Still waiting for the refund.) the next time I had a good package. But the one after I did not get at all! And the time after I had a cake mix full of magnets. Last not least one of the wrong items. This all happened in the past some 2 years!
Do you not think that is enough? About 10 years ago I lived in AZ, I never had any problems, you had nice prices and items, and everything went always very smooth. BRO
