Everything was fine.the bath tub mat was perfect as it fit my old cast iron tub. The blue color gives the tub a fresh look. I was surprised at how nice the large dog coat was. It even has a hood.
The knit hat is nice on a windy day but the button holes stretched out and it needs a safety pin to keep it closed.

I have good luck with the quality of the merchandise and time of shipping from this company.

Good prices

It takes too long for the items to be received. Why? The other problem: I NEVER receive daily emails from Collections,Etc. Notifying me of specials. Very upsetting!

I find many nice things in the Collection catalogue, and often find items that were much more expensive elsewhere

I waited too long for my product and I used a gift card and no one called me to tell me
It did not go thru. I called them because there was no confirmation about the order.
Otherwise I probably would have waited longer.I told them not to send me anymore catalogs

Two items were not sent. Will come to late for Easter. I should of been given a choice to have them late or refund my money.
