Speedy order info. Pretty well satisfied with delivery date.

A little confusion on receiving the first box that I don't recall approving payment on; then the second box which was the correct order which I had approved. Sending the first box back, I was required to have the $7.50 postage fee subtracted from the total. (I do understand the confusion this may have caused since this was not an even item return).

Collections for the most part has good products. The Customer Service is very good. I will continue to shop Collections but will be careful to read the descriptions carefully.

I have ordered from Collections Etc. for years and have always been pleased with my purchases. The company offers such a wide variety of items, most of which I haven't seen anywhere else. I also enjoy receiving the catalog via U.S. mail - always makes for an interesting read!

The table did not have the screws to hold the top on the stand. I sent an email but have not heard back from anyone.
Other than that I am completely satisfied with the products I received.

Quality is fine for price paid...you still ship in boxes too big for products and that increases YOUR cost and eventually MY cost!

Only issue with things being back ordered.

Easy to order, but when i needed to return the items, the button for the easy return label did not work, had to call to get one, the customer service person was very helpful and emailed me one right away...

Never had any problem's with any think I have ordered.
