Good prices and quality.

I have ordered numerous++ items from CollectionsEtc. My purchases are gifts to myself and I always feel good about giving them to others. Customer Service has been wonderful and helpful whenever I have called -- Thank you

I have gotten things from collection for years. Some things fo myself a nf family, other things were for gifts.
Great products, fair prices. In all the years, I had one problem, called customer service. They were friendly, professional, in two days everything was taken care of.I recommend collections to everyone.

It's easy to order by computer. One thing though. When I want to return to where I left off to see if I want to order anything else, I have to start all over from the first page.

The items I ordered were delivered when promised. There was a good selection, at a good price. From past experience with Collections I knew the quality would be good.

The only thing I dislike is you always say you get free shipping when your order totals a certain amount and mine most of the time does, but I don't get the free shipping.
