The process was quick and easy. Unfortunately, there was bad news and good news. The bad news was...quality of the carrier did not live up to the cuteness in the picture. The mesh on the doorway got broken as soon as my puppy bumped his head on it. The good news was that Collections has a very prompt return process that I really appreciated.
Did not care for the shower brush and lotion massager. Everything else was fine

Took over 2 weeks to receive the order when it stated that I should receive it within 5-7 days. Not sure why it took so long as I placed an order with a rival catalog business and received my items within 6 days of my ordering. Also, the curtains are not the dimensions stated in catalog. The curtains are 82" instead of 84".
