THE QUILTS ARE VERY GOOD QUALITY AND THE VASE FOR THE CEMETARY IS VERY NICE THE BLANKET BAGS HOWEVER ARE NOT VERY STURDY.

Shopping was easy, customer service was polite... problem is the product was defective and customer service promised to send a credit email... I have yet to receive that email.

In Catalogue 3C107W there was a description: Mocha Patchwork Chenille Bedspread with a Sale callout stating Quilt Only $19.99 any size, but on your website it has it as regular price?

I was placing the order on line and had free shipping but the 15% was taken off I called customer service was told only 1 special I tried to go back but the order went through with 15% I would have save more money with free shipping I was a little aggravated because the order did the 15% without me putting in a code

Normally I receive the products sooner than expected. The quality of the products are according with the price, even though some of them are very good.

Everything I get from Collections is high quality at a great price and they always notify me when shipped and if backordered I'm very pleased with the service.
